REAL EDUCATION VIAS FAKE EDUCATION

The subject of this lecture is real education vias fake education. It's directly related to the distinction between the real future and the fake future. The fake future is that if you go along with the plutocracy, get a job, suck up to the people in power, go along with all this lunacy, and go along with all this criminality, that you are going to have this nice life, that you're going to have this wonderful time and that things are going to be basically okay. Looking at even the most elemental analysis of the global environmental data, you can see that this is total BS. It's a total fraud, but this is presented as the status quo.

A FALSE REALITY KEEPS THE PLUTOCRATS IN POWER

Now there's a reason why it's presented as the status quo, because the status quo maintains in the West a very small minority in power. It's a somewhat disjointed minority, it's definitely not an organized conspiracy because these people are way too incompetent to run a sophisticated conspiracy, but it's a commonality of interests; to a large extent the interest that came to power in 1945 in the West - the plutocrats and the liberal establishment and this has basically been the governing force in the West in various forms. In 1980 you had a kind of counterrevolution, a resurgence of the plutocrats in various lunatic religious forces, but overall it has been this combination of interests that have governed the world of the West and these people do not want a discussion of serious reform, because serious reform would remove them from power. So what you have is fake environmentalism, greenwashing, what we call the lame stream environmental movement and so on that is directly connected to the liberal establishment and the plutocracy and this is not accidental.

REAL EDUCATION STARTS WITH WAKING PEOPLE UP

So we need to talk about real education via fake education. The real education frankly starts with waking people up to the malevolent and suicidal structure of the whole political, economic and religious structure - particularly of American imperialism - but it's also to a large extent, poisoned aspects of Western European thought. So that's the first order of business and we have the basic information on our website about the environmental realities of today's world. That's a starting point, but that's not enough because the suicidal nature of today's world is the result of deep spiritual, internal rot and you cannot get at that without music, culture and art. Now we need to think on an enormous scale, to be thinking about our curriculum, what we want to recommend, what we want to recommend as books, what we want to recommend as art and music and so on.

AFTER 1945, THE PLUTOCRATS PROMOTE GARBAGE AS ART

Now the latter point is highly relevant because if you look at a lot of the establishment modern art since 1945 - I mean look at garbage like Jackson Pollock - a bunch of splattered junk on a page, and you call that art? It's really shit. And again there's a plutocratic aspect of this because so much of the art world is just a bunch of garbage where idiotic plutocrats can buy crap and sell each other pieces of crap and think that they're creating art. A good part of the entire structure of modern art is trash and this also goes to architecture with the wonderful grid patterns - yes weren't they inspiring - and some lunatic sick piece of garbage like Corbusier with his delusions of of building these a high-rise grid pattern nonsense structures, many of which had to be dynamited in in recent years, but this is reflective of deep spiritual mental illness. The ugliness of what they create is reflective of the ugly shit that's inside their heads.

REVOLUTION VIA THE WORLD OF METAL AND FANTASY

In the world today to have revolution to a certain extent in metal and black metal and areas like that, you do a certain revolution in a fantasy art painting when you actually have a painting where you can recognize something, not some idiotic scribbling by some plutocrats financed artist whose classified as a great artist and so on and so forth, and you have to go back to before the world of 1945 and analyze a lot of things there in terms of art and culture to get any connection to sanity. So we put forth models of what should be studied, models of what real art and real music and real film is like. It's not a totally hopeless situation here today because you have amazing achievements in art and culture today, such as Lord of the rings, such as 300, in fact over and over and over again you see an artistic renaissance, a musical Renaissance, a renaissance in film and video, a Renaissance on self-created videos on the Internet on places such as YouTube, that are reflecting deep internal forces of reality that are coming forward and are going to sweep away the huge pile of junk that was enforced on the world in 1945.

THE VIOLENT NATURE OF WHAT IS TO COME

Now one of the most important things people need to get through their heads is the violent nature of what's to come and the violent solutions that are going to be needed. As we said over and over again, we would certainly hope that the system could resolve itself, and up to a certain point that should be pursued. But it is very irresponsible to put a whole lot of faith in that. So when you look at the real future you need to dispense with ideas of human rights and everybody being nice to everybody else and so on and so forth. That's absolute rubbish. You need to talk about the bloody battles, the bloody struggle for power, to get the planet back on track from an environmental point of view. That's the realistic point of view.

FUTURE VISIONS OF WHAT IS TO COME

Now we need to take our booklist, we need to do more with our booklist, we need to do more to use the information that we have on the web to be Dreamweavers, to weave a vision of the future, to weave a revolutionary vision of the future of what's to come. It is possible. We look at what's out there and so much of what's out there is - while well-intentioned - it's nihilistic. It's combined with a lot of negative, or unrealistic ideas and we need to focus directly on the key issue, which is to stop the criminal destruction of the planet. This is a basic summary and we'll elaborate on this in future lectures.
